Single-origin. Stone-milled from shaded tencha leaves grown in the Yame highlands — a region known for bold, full-bodied matcha with deep colour and a richer, more robust flavour than ceremonial grades.

Built for drinks that need matcha to show up. Holds its character through milk, ice, syrups, and sweeteners without fading. The workhorse behind a proper iced matcha latte, hojicha blend, pistachio matcha, or white chocolate matcha.

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 2 days of the purchase date.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale items, custom-made products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival.
  • We only offer store credit as refunds.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2 days into Store Credit or item of equal value.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange (subject to availability).
  • Exchanges follow the same return conditions outlined above.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Initiate a Return
