Shipping & Delivery Policy – Toteally

At Toteally, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders. Please read our shipping policy below for details on delivery times, costs, and processes.

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship within Fiji and internationally.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Viti Levu: Estimated delivery in 2-5 days – Cost:$10
  • Vanua Levu: Estimated delivery in 2-5 days – Cost: $20
  • International: Estimated delivery in 5-10 days – Cost varies depending on shipping location.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

4. Delivery Time & Tracking

  • Once orders are processed, it will be dispatched and take 5-10 Days for delivery.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • Delivery times vary based on location, shipping method, and courier services. Unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, customs, or high order volumes) may occur.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Toteally is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the courier.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact the courier with your tracking number.
  • For damaged items, please contact us within 2 days with photos, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

7. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our control.
