Refund Policy

As the Chief Operations Officer of Toteally, I understand the importance of customer satisfaction and the need for a clear and concise refund policy. After careful consideration, our company has determined that we will offer refunds for any purchases made from our store and we will also replace any damaged products.

Refund Policy:

  • We offer refunds for any purchases made from our store as long as the items have not been shipped out yet.
  • If a customer receives a damaged product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  • To qualify for a replacement, the customer must contact us within 1-2 days of receiving the damaged product.
  • The damaged product must be returned to us, and we will replace it with a new product.
  • If the same product is not available for replacement, we will offer the customer a comparable product of equal or lesser value.
  • If the customer is not situated in Suva, they will have to ship the product back to us in order to replace the product and then we will ship it back.

We understand that this policy may be different from what customers are used to, but we stand behind the quality of our products and will do everything in our power to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
